Bespoke Leadership Coaching and Development;

  • We specialise in focusing on the empowerment and development of leaders with a clear focus on bringing about significant positive impact.

Curriculum and Subject Development;

We carry out detailed curriculum reviews holistically and in all subject areas.
My fields of expertise are;

Pastoral Reviews;

  • We offer school improvement work in the areas of SEND, attendance and behaviour. This could take the form of a half or full day review and include activities such as lesson visits, evaluation of documentation, student and staff voice, analysis of student work and review of data.

HR and Governance Support;

  • This type of service includes reviews of leadership of structures, investigations and chairing of key meetings.

Project Management;

  • Managing projects in a variety of senior leadership roles including setting up the systems, processes and procedures and training staff.

Interim Leadership

  • Providing leadership in a variety of roles in order to build capacity in senior leadership teams.

Ofsted Preparation

  • Guidance provided in supporting senior and middle leaders to answer the probing questions that are asked under the demands of inspection and ensure they have the evidence base to support their evaluations.

  • First Aid Training
    Delivery of First Aid Training to 1 or several members of staff.
